Overview costs:

• The organisation and planning is done on a voluntary basis. So it's free of charge!
  
  What does that mean? We get all the permits and clear all the necessary organisations in advance. We make sure that there is fuel at the airport, that we are all driven from the airport to the hotel and we clarify the hotels and restaurants and museums and sights and the trips there in advance. Nothing is left to chance.

What do you pay:

• Everyone pays his own landing fees and handling

• Everyone pays for his own fuel

• Everyone pays for his own hotel and food

• Everyone pays for his own transfer journey

For organisational reasons and to make things much less stressful and quicker, we will collect the landing fees, handling costs and transfers from you in advance. This way you only have to pay for your hotel, food and fuel on site.

We will do our best to keep the costs manageable by negotiating landing fees with the airport operator and each aircraft service company, agreeing special rates with hotels, choosing good and cheap restaurants in advance. To further reduce the costs for you, we will approach sponsors and supporters. - Flying together and experiencing exciting adventures. That is the goal.
